All about Libraries

Understanding the concept of a library within Denada is key because Denada is organized around libraries. A library is where we store your templates, your AI training, your image collections, and all your users.

It's quite common for one company to have multiple libraries, especially when they have differences in their organization or different business objectives.

For example, Yum! Brands could have one Denada library for KFC, one library for Pizza Hut, and one for Taco Bell. This will allow the Yum! Brands central marketing department to switch quickly between different brands and libraries while being logged into the overall brand's Denada instance.

Since Denada is trained to be a helpful agent and that training lives within a library, trying to fit multiple brand styles or entirely different business objectives within one library isn't optimal. Libraries mirror business organizations in real life. For example, if a university that uses Denada is organized into athletics, student life, HR, and others, Denada would mirror this with a library for each one since their business objectives, users, training, and template systems are all different, even though they are all part of one organization.

FAQs
  • Can I have multiple templates within one library?

    • Yes, you can have as many templates in one library as you choose.

  • Can I train Denada on different business lines and entirely different brands within one library?

    • While it is possible, it will make Denada less effective if it has multiple brands for which it is acting as an agent. The best setup whenever entirely different brand training is required is to create a new library.

  • Can users belong to multiple libraries?

    • Yes, no problem.

  • Can I have totally different image collections from different business lines within one library?

    • Yes, you can make as many image collections as needed within Denada. When Denada creates a layout for you based on your prompt, it will look through all of the available images to place them into your layout. If you would like to exclude certain images, you simply make the image collection unavailable for Denada.

  • Is there an additional cost if I want to create additional libraries?

    • Yes, Denada charges a monthly subscription per library.

  • Is there a limit to how many libraries one company can set up in Denada?

    • No, the number of libraries within one company's Denada instance is unlimited.

  • If I create an email in one Denada library, can I save it to another library?

    • No, at this time you cannot save emails to libraries other than the one it was created in. However, it is possible to export the HTML of a finished email and import it to another library.
